Beschreibung
The Panthère de Cartier debuted in 1983 and became a style icon of the decade — its big-cat motif traces back to Jeanne Toussaint, Cartier's creative director, who had carried the nickname ‘La Panthère’ since the 1910s. The square case descends from the Santos, while the soft, flowing link bracelet echoes the supple gait of a panther. This example in the small stainless-steel case (ref. WSPN0007, 2024) features a silvered dial with Roman numerals, blued sword hands and the signature crown set with a blue sapphire cabochon, on its original steel bracelet. Accompanied by its original Cartier card, offered as watch-only without box.
